This is my first attempt at a brainwave entrainment track... Now I have done much reading and research, I have used a ramp of Isochronic tones from 12 hz to 4.5hz the ramp lasts for about 10 minutes then stays at 4.5hz until the end. There is subliminal messages within of a positive nature but please listen at your own risk, I am no doctor!
